Creativity, community, and connection
Evan Watz is an entrepreneur, photographer, videographer, and media producer who brings people and their stories into focus. As co-founder of Full Circle Media Group and The Home Track Initiative, he combines creative leadership with a commitment to honest storytelling and genuine relationships. He develops that work alongside his wife and equal business partner, Jamie Watz.
Stories from the grassroots
Photography, videography, interviews, and media production are central to Evan’s work. He builds relationships with drivers and racing teams, listens to their experiences, and shares the people and moments that make grassroots motorsports meaningful.
His passion for the sport helped inspire The Home Track Initiative. Together, he and Jamie shape its direction, develop its content, and create stories that celebrate the community behind the racing.

Dells Raceway Park and the wider racing community
Evan works at Dells Raceway Park, the home track where much of his and Jamie’s shared work has taken shape. His connection to racing extends beyond the cars on the track to the drivers, teams, families, and people who make race day possible.
Together, they travel around Wisconsin to support other tracks and cheer on local Dells Raceway Park drivers competing away from home. Whether visiting a familiar track or meeting a new community, they show up with the same belief: supporting the people behind the sport helps grassroots racing thrive.

A background in service
His professional background includes experience as an EMT, volunteer firefighter, and motorsports safety technician. That history reflects a commitment to service and caring for the people around him.
Values that guide the work
Guided by his faith, Evan values honesty, integrity, positivity, service, and genuine relationships. Those principles shape how he creates, leads, and works with others.
A proud husband and dog dad, he shares a life of curiosity and adventure with Jamie. Alongside their motorsports work, he supports The Understanding Project and their shared commitment to stories that bring people closer together.
