Jamie Watz &
Evan Watz
Husband-and-wife team. Equal partners. Co-founders of Full Circle Media Group.

A photograph became a beginning.
Jamie Watz and Evan Watz met at Daytona International Speedway in February 2026, when Jamie asked Evan to take a photograph. That chance introduction became an ongoing conversation, a shared life, and a marriage in April.
Racing brought Jamie and Evan together. Their work at Dells Raceway Park helped them discover how their different strengths could come together in service of a community.

Evan brings photography, videography, media production, and a deep passion for grassroots motorsports. Jamie brings a background in science education, writing, curriculum development, creative direction, and strategy. As equal partners, Jamie and Evan develop Full Circle Media Group and support both of its initiatives.
Evan’s passion for grassroots motorsports helped inspire The Home Track Initiative. Jamie’s interest in education, human behavior, and the human experience inspired The Understanding Project. Both initiatives grow through their shared creativity, leadership, and commitment to meaningful connection.
Life, work, and connection.

Showing up for the racing community.
Jamie and Evan travel around Wisconsin to support other tracks and local Dells Raceway Park drivers racing away from their home track. Their shared commitment to grassroots motorsports extends beyond their own work: it means being present, cheering on familiar faces, and connecting with the communities that make each track special.
