Curiosity with purpose
Jamie Watz is a former science educator with a master’s degree, a writer, curriculum developer, and creative entrepreneur. Her work brings together education, human behavior, and meaningful storytelling, with a focus on understanding and positive social impact.
Shared leadership and creative work
As co-founder of Full Circle Media Group and The Home Track Initiative, Jamie works alongside her husband and equal business partner, Evan Watz. She contributes creative direction, strategy, content development, and storytelling, shaping both the vision and the work that brings their ideas to life.
The Home Track Initiative grew from Evan’s passion for grassroots motorsports and their shared commitment to community. Jamie’s educational perspective and creative leadership help shape its stories, direction, and purpose.
Dells Raceway Park and the wider racing community
Dells Raceway Park is Jamie and Evan’s home track and a central part of their shared work in motorsports. It is where their different backgrounds and strengths come together around the people and experiences that make local racing matter.
Together, they travel around Wisconsin to support other tracks and cheer on local Dells Raceway Park drivers competing away from home. Showing up for those drivers, connecting with fans, and spending time in different racing communities are part of the commitment they bring to The Home Track Initiative.

Understanding the human experience
Jamie founded The Understanding Project from her passion for education, human behavior, and the human experience. Through meaningful stories and thoughtful questions, the project makes space for deeper understanding of ourselves and one another. She and Evan collaboratively develop and support its growth.
Education, storytelling, and impact
Her background in science education and curriculum development informs the way she approaches creative work: with curiosity, clear ideas, and care for how people learn and connect. Through writing and entrepreneurship, she puts those strengths into work that encourages understanding and makes a positive difference.
